PETS POLICY:

Admitted upon request. Ask at reception. Pet fee 20 € per night.

1. Pets are allowed in the rooms of the hotel but not in the restaurant or the cafeteria.

2. The hotel has a terrace next to the gardens and reception where it is served lunch and dinner if the weather is OK. Pets are allowed in terrace

3. The pet is not allowed in the pool, 

4. It is not possible to leave the pet at the room if you go outside the Hotel

5. If it were a guide dog, in this case it can access all areas of the Hotel.

6. The owner of the dog will have the obligation to maintain it in the right hygienic-sanitary conditions. It will be responsible for the damages caused
   for the pet to other guest and / or hotel equipment.

7. Pet must be always tied on the common areas, garden, parking and pool.

8. It is not allowed to bathe pets in the bath/shower of the pool, neither can the towels of our hotel be used to dry it.

 

BEHAVIOR RULES IN THE HOTEL

1. The Hotel Management ask you to keep the due silence in the interior of the Hotel in order not to disturb the rest of the other guests.

2. The client whose behavior causes damage to the rest of the guests, or causes damages in the room, can be held responsible for them, having to pay the repair and cleaning of the room or the compensation to other guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

As a general rule, the flexible rate can be canceled up to three days prior to the date of entry. For medium and high season dates this period is 7 days. The cost for cancellations outside the deadline set as free is the amount of the first night. The non-returnable rate cannot be canceled or modified in any case
